From here you can request Timetable Assistance, Academic Assistance, Course Progression Assistance, Systems Support (IT, LMS, Portal), Student Services or Student Success Assistance or you can Provide Feedback.

How do I certify my documents?

A 'certified copy' of an original document is a copy that has been verified as being a true and correct copy of an original document. This is done by a person who is authorised to certify copies of original documents. If required, it is important that you submit good quality, clearly scanned, colour certified documents to Endeavour. Documents in a language other than English, must have the English translation prepared by an accredited translator. The certification must be on the copy, not on another page attached to the copy.

For certified documents to be accepted by Endeavour, the certifying officer must:

  • write on the copy "This is a true copy of the original documents sighted by me"
  • sign and print their name
  • provide an address and a contact telephone number
  • state their profession or occupation group (as below)
  • write on the copy the date certified
  • affix the official stamp or seal of the certifier's organisation on the copy.

In addition, if the certifying officer is a Justice of the Peace, the certifying officer must list their registration number and state or territory of registration.

Example documents of what we may ask to be certified are as follows:

  • Passport
  • Official transcripts/testamurs
  • Birth certificate
  • Drivers licence
  • National identity card
  • Marriage certificate or Change of Name certificate issued by a State Registry of Birth, Deaths & Marriages.

Study and subjects

How do I enrol into a subject?

Enrolling into subjects is a 3-step process. Head to the Re-enrolment page to find instructional videos and resources that will show you how to enrol into a subject.

How do I choose my next subjects to enrol in?

The first step to choosing your next subjects to enrol in is to Plan your Course Progression. The Re-enrolment page contains an instructional video on how you can plan your Course Progression and the resources required.

What determines part time and full-time study load?

Each subject has an Austudy percentage weighting as outlined in the Course Structures. Your study load is determined by this percentage weighting across the Semester 1 and Semester 2 periods.

  • Semester 1 = any study you commence between JAN and JUN, including on campus, online and livestream subjects
  • Semester 2 = any study you commence between JUL to DEC, including on campus, online and livestream subjects

A part-time study load is the equivalent of a 50% to 62.5% study load. It is recommended that a student completes a minimum part time study load to meet course completion timeframes.

A full-time study load is the equivalent of a 75% to 100% study load.

Moving between a part-time and full-time study load is simple as study loads are determined by you.

How do I apply for FEE-HELP to fund my studies?

Before your first census date you are required to submit an electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) via the Student Portal. Please bring proof of Australian Citizenship to your nearest campus in the form of your Australian Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate or valid Australian Passport. This documentation must be completed before census date so that your tuition fees can be allocated to a FEE-HELP debt at the census date for each intake of study you enrol into. Please visit www.studyassist.gov.au for more information.

Can I change the intake of my subjects?

Students have the flexibility to change the intake of enrolments prior to the census date. Census dates are outlined in the National Calendars

It is recommended that you review the pre-requisite and co-requisite requirements of your course to ensure you can remain in correct Course Progression, prior to making rearrangements to your enrolments. Head to the Re-enrolment page for more information on planning your Course Progression.

Online subjects

How much online study can I do?

Depending on the course you’re studying, some professions have limitations on the amount of online study a student can complete to register. Professional associations vary as to the amount of online learning that they accept in a Bachelor degree. Their standards may change at any time and although Endeavour commits to keeping students informed of such changes, ultimately it is the student’s responsibility to keep abreast of these issues to ensure they meet the qualifications.

Is my subject available for online study?

Our Bachelor of Health Science qualifications offer some subjects via online learning. You can view the list of online subjects available for your degree by viewing the course brochure. Many subjects are offered in multiple intakes over the year. To see when subjects are offered, please view the online schedule of subjects.

When do I get the result for my online subjects?

The result release dates for each online intake are published on the relevant years' Online Student Calendar.

When is the final exam for my online subject?

Examination periods are specified on the relevant years' Online Student Calendar.

Student Wellbeing and Mental Health

How can I access support for my diagnosed medical condition or disability?

Our Access & Equity program is designed to ensure equal opportunity and participation for students with a disability, mental health condition, medical condition, or other circumstances that may affect a student’s learning experience. Adjustments that can be provided by the College can include, but are not limited to; adjustments to the physical environment, teaching delivery and format, assessment extensions, and utilisation of assistance equipment to name a few.

You can find the policies, handbook, and registration form on the Endeavour Website under Access & Equity or get in touch with the team at accessandequity@endeavour.edu.au to find out more.

I am feeling extremely stressed, quite overwhelmed and anxious, where do I go to for support?

Endeavour provides access to TalkCampus, a free to download peer support app for students who are struggling or worried about their mental health. It's accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and free of charge for all current Endeavour students. View more information here

If you would like to learn about further support options available to you inside and outside of the College, book a Student Wellbeing Consultation via the LMS at a time that suits you. Our Student Wellbeing Coordinator can help you understand and reframe where you are at, develop an action plan for your next steps and connect you to resources to further support you.

First Aid Certificate

Will the first aid courses run on campus?

No, the College does not currently offer first aid courses. However it is a requirement that students hold a valid First Aid nationally recognised unit of competency certificate (HLTAID011) prior to commencement of certain subjects in the clinic / practical environment (as outlined on the Subject Outline).

Students can study this unit of competency at any number of external training providers. A search for your local provider can be conducted on the Australian Government’s Training website.

The competency is valid for 3 years from date of completion and a pdf copy should be emailed to firstaid@endedavour.edu.au for validation and adding to the student’s record.

The certificate must cover the full teaching period up to and including the results release date for the subject, in case of any attendance make-up requirements.

Australian Government Support

In 2020, the Australian Government announced loan tax relief for students on FEE-HELP, in their announcement around the Higher Education Relief Package:

  • The package announced an exemption from the FEE-HELP loan tax to help commencing students and support current students through this difficult year. The exemption applied to census dates that fell between 1 April 2020 and 31 December 2022 (final date after numerous extensions).
  • The loan fee exemption has been automatically applied when your loan was submitted by the College to the Department of Education.
  • This has been applied to all subjects that have a census date.

As a student, do I need to apply for the FEE-HELP tax exemption?

No. There is no need to apply for this exemption. Any subjects that you were enrolled into where the census date fell between 1 April 2020 and 31 December 2022, the loan fee tax exemption applied. The loan fee has been automatically applied to all subjects across that period, and the government department has automatically implemented this tax relief on the subjects across the exemption period.

If you feel your tax documentation does not reflect the exemption for that period, please contact the Australian Tax Office directly.

How do I find out more about this FEE-HELP tax exemption?

This is an Australian Government initiative. Please refer to the Australian Government Study Assist website for information.

Are there any subject limitations?

There are no subject limitations; any subject studied with a census date falling between 1 April 2020 and 31 December 2022 had the loan fee tax exemption applied.

Is this taken off the subject fee?

No. The subject fee was not affected by the loan fee exemption. Only subject tuition fees deferred to a FEE-HELP loan attract a loan fee (applied by the government, not the College) and for the period 1 April 2020 to 31 December 2022, the government waived the loan fee amount only.

How do I find out my current FEE-HELP balance?

Contact Study Assist for all information regarding help loans, eligibility and limits. Visit the website or contact them directly. This this is an Australian Government registered loan.
