Jane Houston, one of our nutrition students from Brisbane, shares a recipe for ginger and lemon gut-loving gummies that make for a tasty and nourishing treat.
Gummies are such a great alternative to lollies. The added bonus is that by using a great quality gelatine powder, you are also consuming the wonderful whole-body nourishing benefits. This recipe uses a kombucha from the company Remedy, however alternatives would work just as well!
Store your gummies in the fridge for up to 5 days.
